Notice on the convening of the 2008 Annual Working Conference

After the company decided to study, guangdong overseas Chinese building decoration company 20008 annual work conference held in the middle of March 2008. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Meeting schedule:

1. Registration time: March 14th, 6:00-6:00pm;

2, meeting time: March 15, 16 days.

Ii. Meeting place: This year's conference will be held in the First Citic Guoan International Conference Center in the southwest suburb of Beijing (registration place: First City Xinyuan Hotel).

Iii. Participants in the meeting: principal persons in charge of each branch; Responsible person of relevant department of company headquarters. The meeting is important, the person in charge of each unit must attend (shall not send others to attend), shall not ask for leave. The detailed list of names is attached at the meeting.

Four, notes:

1, the person in charge of each unit, according to The Times, on time to attend the meeting of various activities, do not be late and leave early.

2. Due to the problem of vehicle allocation, the company will not arrange pick-up, please report to the conference center by yourself.

3. Immediately return the receipt to the company office after receiving the notice for unified arrangement.
