Municipal Parks and Forestry Bureau, municipal Key Offices, district (county-level city) Construction (and municipal administration) Bureaus, Municipal Subway Corporation and relevant construction units:
2009 New Year's Day, the Spring Festival is coming, in order to do a good job during the "two sections" construction safety production and civilized construction management work, the relevant requirements are now notified as follows:
First, the relevant units must attach great importance to the work of safety in production, strictly in accordance with the laws and regulations of safety in production and relevant provisions, really put the safety work in place, to ensure that there is no construction safety accident before the New Year's Day and Spring Festival.
2. All construction sites shall strictly implement the relevant requirements of the Notice on Revising and Re-printing the Administrative Measures for Civilized Construction on Site of Guangzhou Construction Projects (Suijianzhi [2008] No. 937) and the Notice on Further Standardizing the Construction Site Enclosing of Construction Projects (SuiJianzhi [2008] No. 1008). Do a good job of civilized construction management on site. Construction sites under construction, especially municipal roads and pipelines, must do a good job of enclosing the construction site, occupying the road in a minimum range, prohibit piling of construction waste on the site, speed up the construction progress, after the completion of construction should be promptly cleared and road traffic back to the public comfortable and convenient working and living environment.
Iii. Construction project quality and safety supervision units at all levels in the city shall strengthen inspection as required, deal with the problems found in time, investigate and deal with the construction enterprises that seriously violate the regulations, and report to the MUNICIPAL Construction Commission at the same time. Municipal Construction Committee will work with municipal Parks bureau to focus on the civilized construction of municipal and pipeline engineering special supervision, to ensure the implementation of the special renovation work.
