In December 2011, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the Notice on The Issuance of industrial Standard < Construction Safety Inspection Standard > (No. 1204), and the Construction Safety Inspection Standard (JGJ59-2011, hereinafter referred to as the Inspection Standard) has been implemented since July 1, 2012. The original industry standard Construction Safety Inspection Standard (JGJ59-99) shall be abolished at the same time. In order to earnestly study and implement "Inspection Standards" and earnestly strengthen the safety management of construction site of provincial housing municipal engineering, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, all levels of housing and urban and rural construction administrative departments, construction safety supervision stations should pay attention to learning "inspection standards", organize all personnel engaged in construction safety supervision work seriously study, for the future in the construction safety supervision and inspection work skilled use to prepare.

Second, the housing urban and rural construction administrative departments at all levels, building construction safety surveillance should enhance the publicity of "inspection standard", give full play to local construction safety association or the role of the construction industry association, by inviting experts teaching methods such as planed and orderly way region construction, project supervision enterprises related management personnel of learning guidance, So that they can correctly understand, master and apply the "Inspection standards", for the next stage of implementation of the "inspection standards" to lay a foundation.

Third, the provincial construction engineering quality and safety supervision and testing station should combine the actual situation of the province, the "Inspection Standard" into the construction enterprises in our province "three types of personnel" safety production assessment and continuing education content.

Four, this year July 1, "inspection standard", carrying out various housing department in charge of urban and rural construction and construction safety surveillance to building construction, project supervision enterprises carry out the situation of inspection standard as an important content of construction safety supervision and inspection, supervise and guide the building construction, project supervision enterprises to seriously implement the "inspection standard", Strengthen the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards, prevent and reduce the occurrence of construction production safety accidents.
