According to the national standard "Construction engineering quantity list valuation specification" (GB50500-2008), "Construction engineering contract and contract valuation management measures" (Ministry of Construction Order No. 107), "Guangdong Province Construction project cost management Provisions" (Guangdong Provincial government Order No. 40) and other relevant provisions, My department organization developed guangdong province construction engineering valuation basis "(hereinafter referred to as the valuation basis), the valuation basis including" general principles of the construction project valuation of guangdong province ", "guangdong province construction and decoration engineering comprehensive quota", "guangdong province installation engineering comprehensive quota", "the guangdong municipal engineering comprehensive norm" and "guangdong province landscaping engineering comprehensive quota". It is hereby issued to you as of April 1, 2010.

Where in April 1, 2010 by the bidding management agency approved the bidding or non-bidding contract, the implementation of the national standard "construction engineering bill of quantities valuation specifications" (GB50500-2008) and this valuation basis. For projects that have issued bidding documents or signed contracts before April 1, 2010, if there is an agreement, the price shall be calculated according to the agreement; if there is no agreement, no adjustment shall be made.
Please report any problems encountered by each unit in time. Guangdong Construction Engineering Cost Management Station shall be responsible for the printing and distribution, correction, interpretation, supplement, modification and application software management of this valuation basis.
