In order to standardize the practicing behavior of registered constructors and strengthen the supervision and management of registered constructors, in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Registered Constructors (Order No. 153 of the Ministry of Construction), we have drafted the Practicing Management Measures of Registered Constructors (trial), which are hereby printed and distributed to you for implementation.
