First, the purpose of inspection

Two, check the content

Key spot checks will be made on district (county) and industrial park (development zone) projects and projects undertaken by trans-regional construction enterprises with weak construction and safety management, including:

(1) The work safety inspection of construction during the national "two sessions" arranged by the competent departments of housing and urban and rural construction.

(2) the construction enterprise and project supervision enterprises to carry out all construction engineering construction safety hidden danger of self-check, guard against all kinds of accidents, especially in deep foundation pit, high modulus, underground concealed excavation, greater danger of high walls scaffolding engineering and construction hoisting machinery installation, use and other relevant links of safety measures to carry out the situation, including:

4. Check, register and rectify potential safety hazards;

5. Construction special operation personnel with certificates;

6. Safety education for construction practitioners.

The administrative departments in charge of housing and urban and rural construction at all levels of the province shall organize and arrange the hidden dangers carefully, register and record the hidden dangers, compile a list of hidden dangers investigation, identify the responsible units and persons responsible for rectification of hidden dangers, assign special persons to take charge, and complete rectification within a specified time limit.
