GUANGDONG PROVINCE OVERSEAS CHINESE BUILDING & DECORATION COMPANY.
Guangdong Province Overseas Chinese Building & Decoration Company specializes in the design and construction of building finishing or decoration projects; it is a direct state-owned branch of Guangdong Province Guanghong Capital Management Co. Ltd, one of the three largest capital management companies of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province; it is qualified as an independent legal person, a member of China Building & Decoration Association (CBDA), and has 8 specialized design and construction qualifications, such as the first-class specialized contractor of building finishing or decoration projects, grade A designer, etc.
Main business: design and construction of building finishing or decoration projects, design and installation of building curtain wall, electromechanical equipments, central air conditioners, water and electricity equipments, lighting and sound projects, metal doors and windows project, steel structure project, installation of fire-fighting equipments, and other related business.
By carrying out the service tenet of “high efficiency and high quality”, we have established the following organization chart according to the operation requirements:
General Manager and Deputy General Manager (four persons in all), chief engineer, chief economist, legal adviser, chief accountant, and nine departments, namely, office, HR department, finance department, business department, design department, security management department, budget department, construction management department and material supply department. We have two affiliated companies, namely, Guangdong Huamei Industry Development Co., Ltd and Guangdong Qiaomei Environment Testing Co., Ltd; have established our branches all over the country, such as the Beijing branch, Heilungkiang branch, Tianjin branch, Shandong branch, Shanxi branch, Qingdao branch, Hubei branch, Hunan branch, Xi’an branch, Xinjiang branch, Yunnan branch, Guangxi branch, Hainan branch, Henan branch, Qinghai branch, etc; we have also established thirty six branch (from No.1 to No. 10) offices, such as the equipment installation branch, curtain wall branch, curtain wall, doors & windows branch, etc, so as to carry out our business at every corner of the country.
At present, the company has a group of experienced high-qualified professional technicians and economic managerial staffs, of whom more than 50 professional engineering technicians have gained medium-grade (or above) professional titles, more than 50 qualified project managers or chartered builders, and other specialists or operation managerial staffs, such as the specialists in construction, structure, environmental art, decoration design, heating ventilation, water supply and drainage, lighting and sound, architectural acoustics, electro and machinery, etc, which has laid a good foundation for the company to operate according to the high standards.
Nowadays, the company has a batch of advanced manufacturing machinery, with its design management being carried out by the advanced software system, and also has the corresponding special production equipments and fields.
We have established the specialized indoor environmental quality testing institution, which has passed the MA certification of the National Administrative Bureau of Technology Quality Supervision, and equipped with the special top-grade equipments to make the follow-up appraisal and testing for the engineering construction, which have provided the high-quality technical assurance for the quality of engineering projects that we carry out.
Since 2002, we have carried out the three international management systems, namely, ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environment Management System and GB/T28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and have passed the certification of authorities. Our daily operation management is carried out according to the above three standards, so as to supervise, inspect and verify all our work, and provide the society with highly efficient and excellent services.
According to the requirements about the reformation of state-owned enterprises in a new period, the company has established a series of complete management mechanisms, and created an atmosphere of “human-oriented, honest, enterprising, high-quality and high-efficiency” for its development. Our operation efficiency improves year by year, and has been praised frequently by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of Guangdong Provincial People’s Government and Guangdong Province Guanghong Capital Management Co.
